Rifugio Crucolo restaurant is Trentino’s oldest inn, managed since 1782 by the same family. At an altitude of 1100 meters, at the foot of the Lagorai mountain chain in Val Campelle, it offers to the guests a genuine, tasty cuisine which has its roots in mountain traditions.

Parampampoli…shall we light it up?
Crafted following the original recipe passed down from innkeeper Giordano Purin to his grandchildren, Parampampoli has been the flagship of Rifugio Crucolo since 1960. For more than half a century, it has been served strictly “flamed”, enchanting and warming the refuge’s guests and beyond. Appreciated every year by thousands of people and enthusiasts around the world, it has become an iconic product for Valsugana and Trentino.
